When the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO) found out that Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) were going to visit the site to assist in bringing it into legal compliance, they freaked out! They insisted that the visit had to be canceled and the result was that I eventually became so sick from the toxic workplace environment that I had no option but to leave.

While complying can be an effective strategyfor physical survival, it's a lousy one for personal fulfillment. Sometimes all it takes to be complicit in the oppression of millions is to die of natural causes.

It is not enough to take good decisions and make good choices. It is necessary to take heed and comply with whatever you plan and that can only happen by the influence of the Lord God, the giver of your dreams.

People follow leaders by choice. Without trust, at best you get compliance.
